KENNEL POLICY
Boarding Scheduling:
Holidays, Holiday Weeks, Summer Vacations
- Minimum board of two nights, three days
- Midweek short stays will have limited availability
Deposits:
- 50% deposit due 4 to 6 weeks prior to board
- If board is cancelled greater than 72 hours, your deposit goes toward
future stay.
- If board is less than 72 hours, 1/2 deposit is forfeited, 1/2 goes
toward future stay.
- NO refunds on any deposit.
- Only contact during office hours will be accepted.
- No cancellations via emails.
ATTENTION! No Credits
or Refunds on early pickups during Holidays, Holiday Weeks, & Summer
Vacations.
HOLIDAY & VACATION TIME! Please
check your vacation calendars for Holidays and Vacation times. We are
already filling up, so PLEASE CALL with your reservations as soon as
you know the dates! Busy times include the following:

Summer Long
4th of July
Labor Day Weekend
Columbus Day Weekend
Thanksgiving Week
Christmas/New Years Season
Winter & Spring School Breaks
Easter Holiday/School Breaks
Memorial Day Weekend
HAVE
YOUR PLANS CHANGED? Please give us the common courtesy
and call us as soon as you can. It gives us the chance to call another
family with a wait-listed dog who would love to take your spot.
VET
RECORDS! Please bring your vet records when you drop
off, or have your vet fax them to us (860-413-9883). IF
YOU DO NOT BRING YOUR VET RECORDS: There is a $5 fee
if we have to track down the record by phone. If your pet's vaccine
is not up to date and we have to transport him/her to the vet, there
is a $25.00 fee in addition to the vet bill.
