DROP-OFF/PICK-UP WINDOWS

Please plan the drop-off and pick-up of your dog(s) accordingly. If you need to adjust your window, please call us at 860-653-3206 or email us at kesslerkennel@gmail.com so we can appropriately plan for your arrival.
  • Morning: 7:30 A.M. to 10:00 A.M.
  • Afternoon: 3:30 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.

PEAK TIME NIGHTLY MINIMUMS

  • January​
    • ​No drop-offs or pick-ups on New Year's Day
    • 3 night minimum through Martin Luther King Day weekend
  • February
    • ​3 night minimum through President's Day weekend
  • April
    • ​5 night minimum through Spring Break week
  • May
    • ​No drop-offs or pick-ups on Memorial Day
    • 3 night minimum through Memorial Day weekend
  • Summer (June - August)
    • ​​No drop-offs or pick-ups on 4th of July
    • 3-5 night minimum varies; limited availability for 1-2 nights
  • September
    • ​No drop-offs or pick-ups on Labor Day
    • 3 night minimum through Labor Day weekend
    • Limited availability for 1-2 nights
  • October
    • ​3 night minimum through Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples Day weekend
    • Limited availability for 1-2 nights
  • November
    • No drop-offs or pick-ups on Thanksgiving
    • ​4 night minimum through Thanksgiving week
    • Limited availability for 1-2 nights
  • December
    • ​No afternoon drop-offs or pick-ups on Christmas Eve PM
    • No drop-offs or pick-ups on Christmas
    • 5 night minimum through Winter Break/Christmas (December 23rd to December 30th)

 WHAT TO BRING

  • Prior to drop-off
    • ​Email or fax updated vaccinations records showing proof of Rabies, Bordetella and Influenza (H3N2 or Bivalent)
    • Email or fax updated town license
    • Pay invoice that was electronically sent to the email address we have on file
  • At drop-off
    • Pre-bagged portions of dry food for each meal or in 1-gallon ziplock bags (please avoid bringing large bags, bins or buckets)
    • Medications (if necessary)
    • 1 or 2 toys (no hard bones or rawhides)
    • No beds or blankets will be accepted as we have plenty in stock
