A MORE CONFIDENT CANINE
CLASS DESCRIPTION
Is your dog typically apprehensive, nervous or scared? Do they lack the confidence to function in every day life when presented with new situations or in new locations? During this class, you will learn a variety of management techniques, fun games and activities and easy to use (and teach!) commands that will build up your dog's confidence. It will also simultaneously improve the relationship between you and your dog in order to enhance their trust in you during "scary" situations. At the end of the class, we will meet at a nearby location to practice some of their new skills in a different, more public setting so we can celebrate their successes and discuss goals for improvement going forward. A More Confident Canine is designed to be taken either for the entire six weeks or as an a la carte where you can pick and choose what sessions you want to attend as the material is focused on a central theme rather than directly building off each other (except for sessions 1, 2 and 6).

IMPULSE CONTROL
CLASS DESCRIPTION
Does your dog have trouble focusing on you out in public, especially in the presence of other people or other dogs? Do they struggle with managing their enthusiasm and ignore all your attempt to establish boundaries around food, toys and other distracting stimuli? Throughout this class, you will learn different ways to engage your dog in a way that brings the focus back to you, set necessary boundaries and limitations as well as beginning to behave more appropriately in public. Please keep in mind that these exercises and behaviors will need to be practiced on a routine basis and in many different scenarios and locations over a great length of time in order to see significant improvement on a daily basis. This class is meant to give you a strong launching point to achieve success down the road. Impulse Control is also designed to be taken either for the entire six weeks or as an a la carte option where you can pick and choose what sessions you want to attend as the material is focused on a central theme rather than directly building off each other (except for the session combination of 1, 2, 3 and 4).
