A MORE CONFIDENT CANINE

CLASS DESCRIPTION
Is your dog typically apprehensive, nervous or scared? Do they lack the confidence to function in every day life when presented with new situations or in new locations? During this class, you will learn a variety of management techniques, fun games and activities and easy to use (and teach!) commands that will build up your dog's confidence. It will also simultaneously improve the relationship between you and your dog in order to enhance their trust in you during "scary" situations. At the end of the class, we will meet at a nearby location to practice some of their new skills in a different, more public setting so we can celebrate their successes and discuss goals for improvement going forward. A More Confident Canine is designed to be taken either for the entire six weeks or as an a la carte where you can pick and choose what sessions you want to attend as the material is focused on a central theme rather than directly building off each other (except for sessions 1, 2 and 6).
