Please read and fill out our Owner/Kennel agreement and bring it with you when you drop off your pet.

Please bring your vet records when you drop off, or have your vet fax them to us at
(860) 413-9883.  IF YOU DO NOT BRING YOUR VET RECORDS:

• There is a $5 fee if we have to track down the record by phone.
• If your pet's vaccine is not up to date and we have to transport him/her to the vet, we will charge a $25.00 fee in addition to the vet bill.

Applicable Only During:
Holidays, Holiday Weeks, Summer Vacations

• 50% Deposit due 4 to 6 weeks prior to board
• If board is canceled greater than 72 hours, your deposit will be applied to future stays.
• If board is less than 72 hours, 1/2 deposit is forfeited, 1/2 will be applied toward future stays.
• NO refunds on any deposit.

Please call us as soon as possible for cancellations. It gives us the chance to call another family with a wait-listed dog who would love to take your spot.

• Only Phone Calls during office hours will be accepted.
• No cancellations via emails.

Please check your vacation calendars for Holidays and Vacation times. Midweek short stays have limited availability and early reservations are encouraged.
